Objectives and competences
The master's degree in Management provides quality training in business management and direction techniques, with case studies applied to each module and differentiation between operations in multinational companies or small family businesses (SMES). The programme is taught in English and can be done both online and through a blended-learning format.

Objectives
- Acquire the methodological tools needed to carry out a detailed analysis of the needs and challenges the company may have to face in a globalized business world.
- To distinguish between management capacities and needs in large and small companies.
- To gain the knowledge required to manage technical teams in company development and management.
- To gain training that qualifies students to work in the sector selected in the specialization pathway of the UB-specific master's degree: Business-Education-Health-Film & TV Management-Culture-Innovation.
- To acquire knowledge of business management and administration in the Asian market or in other markets of interest.
