Objectives and competences
The expert diploma course in Corporate Law is designed for students to gain the knowledge and skills required to advise companies on their functioning, organization and funding.
The course is divided into five modules:
- Types and foundation of trading companies
- Corporate governance
- Financing, taxation and business restructuring
- Corporate dispute resolution (litigation and alternative dispute resolution)
- Family Business: corporate, civil and tax planning
