This certificate is aimed at culinary professionals, with knowledge and experience in the kitchen, seeking to evolve and transform their careers. Potential candidates include head chefs looking to consolidate and hone their knowledge, chefs interested in advancing their careers, chef-entrepreneurs, chef owners or managers of restaurants or food establishments looking to rethink their business, and anyone else interested in these subjects with previous higher-education training in cooking (bachelor's degree in Culinary and Food Sciences) and professional or similar experience.Prerequisites include having knowledge or previous experience in cooking techniques and notions of kitchen and restaurant management.
