Aimed at doctors, its primary goal is to help them develop the necessary skills to lead their practices, teams or organizations, equipping participants with the strategic vision and relational skills they need to facilitate a new way of organizing themselves, doing things and seeing patients.
Beginning with the essence of medical professionalism, it includes various sessions and practical workshops that culminate in an applied project to improve care, organizational effectiveness or the transformation of the system itself.
