Objectives and competences
Acupuncture is an ancient therapeutic practice that forms part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It will be used habitually as a therapy integrated into the treatment of many pathologies. This course is intended for graduates or diploma-holders in medicine, nursing, dentistry and veterinary science. Offer the opportunity to train in acupuncture to expand perspectives in patient care and treatment. We propose that nurses and physiotherapists gain competencies in patient energy assessment and knowledge of acupuncture practice.

Objectives
- To carry out the practice of acupuncture, as a professional, with suitable theoretical contents and practical training, and to facilitate the understanding and deduction of diseases to be able to clinically assess the patient.
- To gain experience based on theoretical knowledge, practical skill and a positive attitude to carry out a correct diagnosis and the most suitable treatment for patients.
