The university master's degree in Team Sports Medicine prepares professionals with high capacities to develop and apply knowledge gained in the area of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and return to competition after sports injuries, from an up-to-date scientific perspective and through practice on sports fields, pitches and courts.

- To acquire a comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal pathology in high-performance sport.
- To acquire knowledge of the physiology of sports performance.
- To learn skills in the use of functional assessment tools for injury prevention.
- To acquire the capacity for professional practice as doctor of sports teams or groups.
