Objectives and competences
The postgraduate degree is carried out in blended mode and is designed to provide a response to training needs for competencies in leadership, teamwork, initiative, innovation, creativity, interpersonal relations and communication in educational contexts. Given this competency-based approach, this specialization postgraduate programme is aimed at the professional development and lifelong learning of professors of all educational stages, directors, coordinators and those responsible for educational management, teachers in preparation to assume directive positions, and other professionals in the educative environment.

- Professionals working in the area of education: teachers at all educational stages (early childhood, primary, ESO, upper secondary school, professional training, adult education and other courses) and, in general, professionals working in training, education and pedagogy.- Education managers, management teams of education centres, and professionals with an interest in working in the management of education centres.
- Professionals with management responsibilities in educational centres or those preparing for management roles.
- Degree holders in any discipline of education sciences.
- Other graduates interested in pursuing a career in education.
The postgraduate course has been validated by the Catalan Ministry of Education as official training for management roles in public education centres.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
