Objectives and competences
The qualification of pediatrician recognizes specialization in Pediatrics and its areas. In Spain, the official development of specific training areas (ACEs) is still pending.
One of these areas is Pediatric Rheumatology. There is a lack of structured training programmes in this area. In this proposal, we teach the programme drawn up by the Education and Training Committee (ECT) of the Pediatric Rheumatology European Society (PRES), assessed by the union of medical specialists (UEMS).
