Objectives and competences

- To acquire a thorough understanding of foot and ankle surgery in a range of pathological situations.
- To learn to assess the possibilities and limitations of foot and ankle surgery with reference to each of the diseases, and also the possible applications of surgery in diagnosis, procedures and research.
-To examine the principles and practice of these pathologies: indications and contraindications, results, complications and their treatment and techniques in foot and ankle surgery.
- To learn to work with arthroscopic and prosthetic minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
