Objectives and competences
The master's degree in Forensic and Criminal Psychology has a clear global professional orientation and aims to train forensic psychologists and experts in the criminological field to work in all those positions offered by public institutions in the civil and criminal legal field, as well as social services that require it. Likewise, the master's degree prepares for private professional practice in criminal, civil and family expertise. In previous editions, a high level of employment and professional integration has been achieved for the master's students, many of whom currently work in Spain and South America.

Objectives
- To acquire specialist training in forensic and criminal psychology with a view to efficient practice in legal settings.
Specific objectives:
- To develop the professional evaluation skills required to act as an expert witness in court.
- To further the skills of professionals who work in prisons, juvenile justice and sentencing alternatives.
- To learn applications of psychology for detecting and preventing violence in all its manifestations.
