Objectives and competences
The postgraduate programme in Introduction to Pharmaceutical Care aims to facilitate the techniques and strategies as well as the intervention models for the implementation of services and programs within the pharmaceutical profession in the care environment, to know the means to be able carry out effective communication with the patient, with pharmacists of the same or different level of care and with other health professionals and develop multidisciplinary collaboration programs in addressing the most prevalent chronic diseases.
