Objectives and competences

The performing arts offer us a series of tools that open up a wide field for working on comprehensive individual development. Students and professionals trained exclusively in professional skills can be hampered by a number of significant gaps in their knowledge regarding adaptation to changing scenarios, teamwork or emotional attachment that manifest when they first begin to practice their profession or even some time after they have been practicing it successfully. This course is designed to equip participants with tools and concepts that enable harmonious personal and professional development based on self-awareness and self-knowledge.
