Objectives

This master's degree is aimed at imparting the specialized knowledge necessary to become a general practitioner of procedural and criminal law. For this reason, the most intimate and scientifically recent details of the subject will be taught, which are generally useful for solving practical problems from this broad theoretical base, collecting the best of jurisprudence and doctrine from around the world, including countries with an Anglo-Saxon past.
