Objectives and competences
The main objective is to know the interaction of the underground water environment with civil works, geothermal energy and the extractive activities of the mining industry. The secondary objectives are: expose the potential related environmental problems and provide the appropriate tools for their characterization and the design of remedial actions. The 5-credit course is taught over 4 months, with synchronous streaming/face-to-face classes.

University degree holders:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture in civil, industrial, chemical, environmental, forestry, mining and agricultural areas.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, chemical, physical, biological or geological sciences.
- Advanced engineering or architecture degree in civil, industrial, chemical, environmental, forestry, mining and agricultural areas.
- Technical degree or diploma in environmental, chemical, physical, biological or geological sciences.
Other qualifications: the body responsible for the master's degree will analyse the academic records of candidates who apply with a qualification other than those listed above.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
