Objectives and competences

This course is aimed at internalizing those essential techniques, and obtaining the necessary tools to manage those conflicting and/or potentially traumatic situations that we can encounter in our professional environment.
The course, eminently practical, is focused especially on private security professionals as a group, who, in their day to day and throughout their careers, may experience numerous traumatic situations such as attacks, accidents with multiple victims, deaths
violent or catastrophic, which cause an obvious emotional affectation.
