Objectives and competences

The postgraduate course offers complete theoretical and practical training on the writing process, its origin, formation and foundation, the scientific bases on which its laws are based, the meaning of the morphological distribution of writing and the voluntary or involuntary modifications that may appear in a writing or signature.
It is a professional postgraduate course for expert collaboration with the Administration of Justice, and for positions related to calligraphy, graphology and forensic linguistics.

Objectives

Acquire university-level theoretical and practical training in graphology, as a calligraphy and graphology expert, to be able to participate in legal procedures to detect counterfeit and forgery in writing, signatures and documents.

Recommended applicant profile

- Graduates in psychology, law and criminology, criminology and criminal policy or private investigation.
- Private security managers and directors, heads of human resources and recruitment departments, public officers in the justice administration and police officers.
- Other applicants interested in training as an expert calligrapher, graphologist or document examiner.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
