Objectives and competences
Specialization to practice as a nurse in the hospital field, which prepares you in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop an advanced role in this field, with criteria of efficiency, safety and quality. You will get to know the environment, culture and processes/protocols of the hospital and update yourself on the specifics of each hospital area. It includes solving clinical cases, gamification challenges and a week of hands-on simulation workshops.

- To learn to make appropriate medical decisions in certain clinical situations.
- Know how to properly care for patients and be able to make appropriate decisions in complex clinical situations.
- Know and be able to correctly apply the processes and protocols that are followed in hospitals.
