Objectives and competences

Education professionals at any level (teachers, psychopedagogy, pedagogy, psychology, social education, etc.), human resource managers and other aid professionals continuously interact with other people in delicate situations in which emotions they are skin deep. To exercise these professions, an emotional balance is needed that goes beyond strictly technical preparation.
This postgraduate course contributes to the development of the emotional skills that every professional needs. It also provides them with knowledge about the transfer of emotional education to the professional environment.

Educators active in any academic area and level, tutors, instructors, psychologists, social educators and other healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, lawyers, etc.), and university graduates interested in human resources operations.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
