- The course is primarily intended for graduates in economics.
- Holders of pre-EHEA degrees in Business Management and Administration, Law, Public Management and Administration, Political Sciences and Sociology.
- Diploma holders in Business Studies and Public Management.

Access requirements: graduates with degrees in other disciplines must currently be working in public administration.
