New SocUB personal space
We've changed the University's communication and services to offer you a unique and enhanced digital experience: the New SocUB personal space.
  • Easier and more functional: a revamped, more intuitive design.
  • Smarter and more personalized: all the information and services you need based on your profile.
  • Adapted to your needs: a single mobile and web space with all your content.

Access your personal space
To access your personal space, you only need to your username and password. There are two ways to do this:
  • Mobile app: download SocUB, your personal space, free for Android and iOS devices. The app gives you instant access to all the services and functions you need and allows you to configure personalized notifications. 
     
  
  • Web version (intranet): the student intranet is now also SocUB. You can access it from the new student portal, which links to all the University's services and procedures. The web version is accessible using the browser from any device.
New features
The contents and services of SocUB have been renewed and expanded to provide everything you need in your day-to-day life at the University:
  • Academic content: your academic guide is just a click away, consult your academic record, with a renewed design, and direct access to course plans. ​​​​​​​
  • CV and recommended activities: create your CV and receive recommendations for University activities that may interest you based on your studies and skills. 
  • UB contacts: find the name and contact details of your representatives or other people who can help you with questions and queries.
Other new features and improvements include contact mailboxes for different University bodies; administrative procedures, providing access to the most common procedures for your studies, and the option to amend your personal details. You still have access to all the features from the original SocUB app: your student card, UB email, timetable, maps, access to the Virtual Campus, CRAI account, etc.
New student portal
The UB has completely overhauled its communication channels and student services. This is reflected in the new student portal, which replaces MónUB. The new portal centralizes all the information of interest to our students:
  • News and recent developments: calls for grant and scholarship applications, courses, offers and promotions, etc.
  • Access to Univeristy services: Student Support Service, Sports, CRAI.
  • Access to university participation spaces.
  • Regulations and academic procedures.
  • The virtual assistant Ubi, which resolves queries about how to access the University.

The SocUB app is available for all University profiles: PDI, PTGAS, UB Group and UB Alumni.

Access it with your username and password, from your SocUB profile. The functions and options are tailored to your collective.
