The challenges involved in the transition to a sustainable society are complex and diverse in nature, making it essential to address them from a broad interdisciplinary perspective in order to design plausible solutions. The Hub for Global Sustainability is a space that facilitates cooperation and collaboration between researchers and groups for the study of sustainability from multiple academic disciplines. We have more than 300 scientists, drawn from 110 research groups in the University of Barcelona's sixteen faculties. The members of the Hub are also affiliated to the UB's fifteen research institutes.
