The UB's Human Resources Strategy action plan is drawn from the analysis of the working group and the results of a survey, and envisages priority action in eleven aspects. The European Commission assesses this plan regularly. One of the core principles of the strategy is to ensure the Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment (OTM-R principles).
