The Student and Teaching Secretariat is the service where you must carry out most administrative procedures and where all kinds of requests for information related to academic activity are dealt with.  

• Location: ground floor
• Opening hours (September-June):  
  • Mornings: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00
  • Afternoons: Tuesday and Thursday, from 16:00 to 18:00

• Opening hours (July):
  • Mornings: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00
  • Afternoons: Wednesday, from 16:00 to 18:00
• August: closed for holidays

To expedite service attention, it is recommended that you make an appointment in advance.

Public service and registration hours are subject to change during Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and bank holidays.

You can go to the Information Point - Concierge, which is located at the entrance of the building and is open from 8:00 to 22:00 (in July, from 8:00 to 21:00, and in August, from 8:00 to 20:00)
