Research Office

The research office is assigned, among others, the following functions:

  • Provide general information and disseminate research calls. 
  • Advise researchers in managing research grants applications. 
  • Advise researchers on the preparation and submission of applications. 
  • Be responsible for the financial managing of projects and for economic control and reporting: 
    • Request credit authorization. 
    • Manage purchases and hiring of goods and services. 
    • Process the payment of invoices. 
    • Be in charge of travel management. 
    • Take inventory.
  • Manage agreements and conventions, and support activities derived from knowledge transfer and dissemination. 
  • Be in charge of calls for grants funded by projects. 
  • Calls for grants under the Research Programme Contract.  
  • Process the hiring of personeel in charge of projects. 
  • Provide support in the preparation of activity reports. 
  • Facilitate the use of SIRA and detect new needs.
  • Provide support to the centre's Research Committee.
