General Affairs Office

The General Affairs Office is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing the budgets of the Faculty and Administration of the Centre.
  • Processing administrative requests from PTGAS.
  • Processing administrative requests from PDI.
  • Overseeing the economic management of UB-specific master's degrees and postgraduate programmes.
  • Overseeing the economic management of facility rentals and lockers.
  • Managing collaboration grants and other forms of financial aid.
  • Managing agreements pertaining to Faculty activities.
