Reservation and Rental of Spaces
Space reservation requests can be submitted by student representatives to:
- Faculty Board
- Study Councils
- Faculty Assembly
The Faculty of Geography and History provides spaces for events and activities within its facilities.
Before making a reservation, you must check availability for the requested dates, specifying the required characteristics of the space (type, capacity, specific needs, etc.). If you wish, you can request a visit to the facilities before confirming your reservation.
- Contact person: David Membrilla
- 934 037 705 (37705)
- reservasfgh@ub.edu
The Centre Administration will respond in writing to all requests, confirm the reservation, and inform about any fees to be paid. Confirmed reservations depend on availability according to the calendar and timetable. Priority is always given to institutional and academic events organised by the university and its units, before requests from external institutions or entities.
