Functions
- Manage matters related to staff: proposals for calls for access for regular and contracted academic staff, management of committees and candidates for academic and contracted staff, drafting of contracts for contracted academic staff, proposals for the hiring of temporary administrative and service staff (PTGAS).
- Manage the teaching dedication plan for academic staff.
- Manage leave and licences (without financial impact) and time management for PTGAS.
- Prepare and manage the budget: invoicing, income, and operating payments.
- Manage spaces, minor works and repairs (including scientific equipment), and monitor the condition of facilities.
- Handle the mail.
- Handle the inventory, travel, procurement of materials, foreign currency, and postgraduate and proprietary degree expenses.
- Manage the contents of the centre’s website.
- Collect and supply data.
- Support the organisation of institutional events.
- Act as liaison with user service points.
- Collaborate with the Marketing unit for external funding and advertising campaigns.
