If you are a student from a university that has a mobility agreement with us, your home university must send us your nomination through the corresponding form.

Admission Application

​​​​​​​Once we have recieved your nomination from your home university, we will contact you to explain the admission application process:

• You must fill out the UB application form.
• You must send us the following documents:
  • A copy of the online acceptance application, duly completed and signed/stamped by your home institution.
  • A passport-sized photograph.
  • Academic record.
  • Language proficiency certificate (see the Language Requirements section. At our Faculty, a B1 certificate proving knowledge of Catalan or Spanish is required).
  • Your learning agreement.

Deadlines

• Before June 15 (for stays during the first semester or the full academic year).
• Before November 15 (for applications for the second semester that have not been submitted previously).

Once you have been accepted, start arranging your accommodation in Barcelona and obtain medical, accident and repatriation insurance ​​​​​​​that covers your entire stay. See the section Before arriving at the UB for more information.
