Mobilitat estatal SICUE

  • Registration with the Student and Teaching Secretariat before commencing the placement.

Renunciation form. Must be sent by email to yportabella@ub.edu.

Before enrolling, students must complete the academic agreement under the supervision of the head of studies for the relevant programme (Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics), who is the programme coordinator. Once the academic agreement has been signed by the Head of Studies and the student, the Registry will forward it to the host university so that, upon the student's arrival, they will already have information on which modules they will be taking.
Enrolment must be completed in person at the Secretary's Office for Students and Teaching Staff before the placement begins.
  • In-person enrolment takes place during the second half of July at the Secretary's Office for Students and Teaching Staff.
  • Enrolment is annual. On the day of enrolment, students must enrol in all their modules.
  • You must submit:
  • If not, we will be unable to enrol you:
    • Personal details, payment method, etc.
    • Courses per semester (add two sheets, one for each semester):
  1. Courses that are credited to you at the UB for going on a SICUE exchange and indicate the GS group.
  2. UB courses that you will take in person or online: course name, semester and group: M1-M2-M3 (R1-R2-R3) or T1-T2-T3 (Z1-Z2-Z3) or G1 or G2.
  3. First-semester practical groups: if the courses you are taking at the UB are in the first semester, please also indicate your preferred practical group.
An appointment is essential.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Students wishing to enrol on the Supervised Internships/External Practice and the Final Project (TFG) must bring a signed document stipulating that enrolment is conditional upon meeting the faculty's requirements.
  • When a student who has enrolled to take the TFG or Supervised Internships at the University of Barcelona decides to undertake them through mobility, they must send the renunciation document, during the period set out in the course syllabus, to estades.graufarmacia@ub.edu and yportabella@ub.edu.
  • If you are unable to come in person to manage your enrolment, you can:
  1. Authorise another person to enrol you on your behalf:
In this case, in addition to the documents mentioned above, we also need a simple authorisation, which consists of a photocopy of your ID card (DNI) on both sides, and on the same sheet a short text stating that you authorise the person, with their full name and ID number, to complete the Erasmus enrolment for the relevant course. Please note that this person must also come in by prior appointment.
  1. Send us all the documentation by post, along with the scanned copy of your ID card (both sides). We will then process your enrolment and send it to you by post so that you can pay the invoice within seven days.

  • You must book an appointment and bring the academic agreement signed by the Head of Studies.
Enrolment can be done by proxy. A signed authorisation and copies of both ID cards must be provided.
