How can I do an exchange stay at the Faculty?

If you are a student from a university with which a mobility agreement has been established, your home university must send us the nomination using the appropriate form.

Application for admission

Once we receive the nomination from your university, we will contact you to explain the application for admission process:

• You must complete the UB application form.
• You must submit the following documents:
  • A copy of the online acceptance application, duly completed and with the corresponding signatures and seals from the home institution where you wish to study.
  • A passport-sized photograph.
  • Academic record.
  • Proof of language proficiency (see the language requirements section. In our case, the Faculty requires a B1 level certificate proving knowledge of Catalan or Spanish).
  • Learning agreement.

Deadlines

• Before June 15 (for first-semester or full-academic-year stays).
• Before November 15 (deadline for applications for the second semester that have not been submitted previously).

Once accepted, begin arranging your accommodation in Barcelona and obtain health, accident, and repatriation insurance that covers your entire stay. See the Abans de venir a la UB (before you come to the UB) section.
