Context
The Plan of act tutorial (PAT) has the challenge to analyse the necessities of the students at matter of information, orientation and advice, to be able to take in all but name acts and activities programmed and seqüenciades with the pool of trainings of the faculty to contribute with the integral training of the student during his formative route.
The act tutorial foresees three moments of the route of the student:
- it inducts with previous specific acts at the process of tuition and income at the centre;
- it continues during the process of training of the students, making emphasis at the integration and initial adaptation at the surveys, and
- it finalises with the culmination of the formative period and the transition at the labour market or continuity of the training. The purpose is to construct a continual and systematic process of aid and advice along the formative trajectory, personal and professional of the students.
In sum, create a strategy so that they can walk for the sender university with an advice that was the ones profitable, as it specifies the Statute of the University of Barcelona.
Aims
At this sense, for the enrichment of the university experience propose the following aims:
- Facilitate the process of transition and adaptation of the student at the university: pose the mechanisms of received and of available communication and his impact, especially when accesses at the faculty, when appear situations sobrevingudes. These mechanisms have to promote the attitude proactiva, of initiative and of inmate of decisions of the students.
- Offer information, orientation and resources for the learning and promote the university turnout: provide an open vision, adaptive, flexible and critical of the formative process. At this sense, it is necessary incidir at the next context of the student, the classroom, and pose the pedagogical account among the educational and the students. Internacionalitzar the university experience. Connect the formative process at the professional reality. Apropar the enquiry at the students. Conscienciar of the importance of the learning along the life.
- Advise at the configuration of the itinerary curricular of the students and promote the fit at the market of work: provide at the students tools and resources that permit the ones incorporate at the labour world. At this case, since the institution, the reflection conducts us at revising the available mechanisms for apropar the student at the labour world, improving the ocupabilitat and the enabled entrepreneurs.
- Provide the paths of the training continued: connect the student with the principle of learning along the life, that, at his turn, is tightly linked at the professional development. Agents that intervene
The PAT of the Faculty of Nurture defends the building of a mesh that link the kicks and resources that offers the University. They Would be the persons of reference of each degree and would contribute at the work of mesh that it would be necessary to establish among the education, the rest of trainings, the managers of the PAT and the Faculty. At institutional level would the responsible persons of the PAT and the coordinator or coordinator of all the acts (a person of the squad deganal). The person of the squad deganal will be the maximum authority that preside the squad of work and will watch for the good organisation and planning of the performances that will carry out in the Faculty and for the turnout and collaboration of the rest of kicks of the University. On the other hand, there will be two responsible persons of the act tutorial, with concrete tasks, to be able to take in all but name the acts that consider the squad of work (promoters of the act tutorial). Also it will have the collaboration of a person of support (for the training linked at the themed will be a student of the màster of Psychopedagogics).
At this integral model also will be fundamental the collaboration of the students of the Faculty, that will make tasks of accompaniment and advice of his partners of inferior courses and dinamitzaran acts at the Campus. Activities
It programs Tutor sport
The principal aim of the program Tutoresport-UB is to accompany at the students so that it can carry out, of the most profitable mode possible, his dual training, that is to say, the educational activity and the sportive practice. Therefore, our function is to achieve flexibilitzar the academic debentures so that they are compatible with the sportive debentures in the ongoing rule on the university sport of tall level at the UB.
