Joint degrees and Erasmus Mundus Programmes
The International Promotion Area of the Faculty of Economics and Business coordinates and promotes joint double diploma and diploma programmes, including European programmes made up of Erasmus Mundus consortiums. These programmes, promoted by the European Union, encourage international academic collaboration and allow students to obtain a degree shared by various higher education institutions.

Master Erasmus Mundus GLOCAL (Global Markets, Local Creativities)
The GLOCAL Master is an international program coordinated by the University of Glasgow in collaboration with Erasmus University Rotterdam, University of Göttingen, University of Barcelona, Uppsala University, Universidad de los Andes and Kyoto University. This program offers a comprehensive and multidisciplinary vision of the interaction between global and local areas, with a special focus on the analysis of the dynamics that affect communities and companies in a globalized context.
The main objective of the GLOCAL Master is to offer students a deep understanding of how local entities, such as companies, policy makers and cultural organizations, can compete and thrive within global economic frameworks. The program integrates historical, social and economic perspectives to examine interactions between global forces and local development.
In addition to its academic content, GLOCAL places special emphasis on the development of intercultural competence, fostering collaboration in diverse cultural contexts. Students have the opportunity to choose between nine study routes and to carry out mobility in the different countries of the consortium members, including Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Japan and Colombia.
The GLOCAL master's degree prepares students to face the challenges of global-local dynamics, developing critical analytical skills that allow them to access job opportunities in various areas. Graduates are prepared for careers in international organizations, multinational corporations, public policies, and the creative industry.
