This is the service you should contact for most administrative procedures and where we work with all kinds of requests for information related to academic activity.

In order to speed up the responses, it is essential that in any communication with the Secretary's Office you provide us with your NIUB or identifying document (ID card, passport, residence card, etc.). Generally, we will reply on the same day (except for public holidays).

The opening hours and registration times are subject to change during Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and long weekends.

    • From Monday to Friday, 09.30 am - 1.30 pm.
    • From Monday to Thursday, 4.00 pm - 6.00 pm
