Research Spaces

The espais de recerca (research spaces, ERE) at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University are dedicated to its most internationally competitive research groups. These facilities include physical areas such as offices, meeting rooms, and classrooms.

The main objectives of the ERE are:

  • Provide specific spaces for research groups to carry out their research activities.
  • Bring together the Faculty’s most internationally competitive research groups in a single physical space.
  • Host visiting staff, both national and international.
  • Promote top-level research in the Faculty’s areas of expertise: economics, business, and sociology, encouraging interactions between researchers from different groups through participation in internal and external seminars, and fostering intellectual and interdisciplinary connections among the groups.
