This is an introductory course to the American Common Law litigation system, based on the analysis of cases, precedents, and doctrine, with a specific focus on United States intellectual property law. The objective of the course is to verify the suitability of students to take the corresponding credits for obtaining the double degree in Law at Nova Southeastern University, but the course is also open to Law students interested in learning about the Common Law system. The course is taught in English by a professor from Nova Southeastern University.
