Objectives
Become professionally trained to integrate mindfulness resources, conscious breathing, therapeutic yoga, visualization and applied neuroscience into the specific areas of intervention, in order to contribute to more humane, sustainable and person-centred care.

Recommended applicant profile
People with a university degree or in the process of obtaining one, preferably in the fields of health, education, psychology, social work or other care professions. Professionals with experience in the field of well-being and those with other profiles who have a specific interest in the field can also apply.Access requirements and conditions
