People who want to be involved in mediation either as participants or taking their first steps in the profession. This microcredential is designed for professionals from various disciplines (communication, linguistics, psychology, law, medicine, social work, sociology, etc.) or for people who are already practising any of these professions and are looking to specialize in mediation and require training in conciliatory and resolution discourse models.Access requirements and conditions
