Objectives and competences

This micro-credential, promoted by the University of Barcelona and the Catalan Association of Municipalities and Counties, is aimed at local elected officials who are active or who have recently left office and want to reorient their careers towards the private, institutional or social sector. It offers tools in collaborative governance, key stakeholder management, corporate diplomacy and ESG agenda. This training allows you to transform political experience into a competitive profile for new professional challenges.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

ObservationsThis is a programme that incorporates twenty-three hours of synchronous teaching sessions and twelve in-person sessions, with eight synchronous sessions from 4 to 6.30 p.m., 1 synchronous session from 4 to 7 p.m. and three in-person sessions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
