Objectives and competences
This training covers the main regulations that affect non-profit entities, and more specifically associations. Legal obligations can be a headache for many entities, even more so when it comes to organizations with few resources or personnel, where legal knowledge is often also lacking. The programme will look at the main regulations that affect the sector in order to provide security to different profiles involved: management, boards of directors and thus ensure their correct compliance.

Objectives and competences
Objectives
As a third sector professional, acquire practical knowledge in fiscal, economic and legal matters, to assume responsibilities within boards of directors or management teams of entities.
To promote the professionalization of the third sector in Catalonia through the acquisition of specific skills in governance, data protection, insurance and legal responsibilities, thus improving the quality of the services offered by third-sector entities.

No previous experience required. A minimum of experience, whether voluntary or paid, in the field of the third social sector is recommended.Access requirements and conditions
