Objectives and competences

Unlike other programmes, this rigorous and specialized training in the prevention, management and investigation of workplace harassment, sexual and LGTBI-phobic violence and other forms of discrimination in the organizational field combines a technical, legal and intersectional approach with very practical tools. The programme, aimed at human resources professionals, lawyers, equality managers, unions or people with responsibilities in ethics and conflict management, allows for effective and transformative intervention in complex situations to contribute to the creation of safe and respectful work environments.

- Lawyers, professionals in the compliance and risk prevention sector, members of consultancies and management firms and other freelance professionals.

- Psychologists and social workers. People with victim support functions or organizational climate analysis.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
