- Officials and staff of city councils, provincial councils, county councils, regional or state governments.- Councillors (economic promotion, planning, urban planning, environment, etc.).
- Economists, engineers, architects, sociologists and other liberal professionals or consultants dedicated to the economic, social and environmental development of territories.
- Recent graduates who want to dedicate themselves to the economic, social and environmental development of territories.
Access requirements and conditions
