Objectives

Improve technical and creative skills through specialization in cooking techniques, use of professional machinery and specific preparations specific to the catering service, with the aim of optimizing processes and raising the gastronomic quality of productions.

Recommended applicant profile

Staff of the Cassià Just Foundation with a minimum disability of 33% who want to professionalize their occupational profile and update their technical skills in order to contribute to improving the quality of production processes.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
