Objectives and competences

Training aimed at health professionals and other areas of care who want to expand their knowledge of body-mind techniques such as mindfulness, conscious breathing, movement practices and guided visualization, with the aim of strengthening self-care and the quality of the support they offer. With a comprehensive approach based on current evidence, the course offers resources applicable to daily professional and personal life, facilitating an improvement in overall well-being and contributing to more comprehensive care.

Objectives

Acquiring a comprehensive, evidence-based training on body-mind techniques, promoting personal and professional development to improve your own well-being and that of the people you support.
Become professionally trained to integrate mindfulness resources, conscious breathing, therapeutic yoga, visualization and applied neuroscience into the specific areas of intervention, in order to contribute to more humane, sustainable and person-centred care.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

People with a university degree or in the process of obtaining one, preferably in the fields of health, education, psychology, social work or other care professions. Professionals with experience in the field of well-being and other interested profiles can also access it.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
