Objectives and competences

Objectives

- To gain the knowledge required to manage the revenue of hotel or tourist accommodation.
- To learn, as a manager of tourist accommodation, how to increase revenue by putting clients and their sensitivity to product and price at the centre of the marketing strategy and its sensitivity towards products and prices.
- Identify the tools necessary to optimize sales in hotel and tourist establishments for each type of customer.
- Identify the different instruments for managing demand-based pricing in the hospitality industry.
- Understand the need to implement demand-based pricing techniques to the specific characteristics of each hotel.
- To receive quality training for professionals in the sector, to update knowledge and adapt to current models of hotel management and revenue.
