Recommended applicant profile
Human resources professionals who have some training related to this field, such as psychology, sociology, industrial relations, labour law or business administration, with a minimum of one year's work experience in the field, and who are interested in developing professionally in the direction and management of human resources and their various areas: attraction and development of talent, training, internal communication, compensation, etc.Professionals in the field of HR without an academic degree related to the subject, who in this case will have to prove a minimum of two years of experience in HR departments.
The master's degree management will conduct a selection process. An updated CV will be required, and the master's degree management may conduct a personal interview with the candidate. (Applicants should attach a letter of recommendation).
Academic requirements:
Level B2 of English (there may be consultation resources in this language).
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
