Objectives and competences

Objectives

- Understand the risks and cyber-threats in the current framework of hybrid conflicts that impact national security from a criminological, legal and political-criminal perspective.
- Train as a highly specialized operator in cybersecurity capable of generating secure digital preventive environments and reactive capabilities in the digital sphere.
- Master digital intelligence or cyberintelligence and OSINT to become skilled in the search, selection, acquisition and evaluation of information and to be able to process and analyse it in order to obtain useful and applicable knowledge in various fields.
- Train in technology and practice in forensic computing.
- Be able to detect and analyse vulnerabilities to be able to join a red team.
- Be able to design response mechanisms through the creation of a security operations centre (SOC).

Recommended applicant profile

Students and graduates of Private Investigation, Criminology or Law, members of the forces and security forces and corporate security and consultancy staff.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
