The university path: degrees/bachelor's degrees/diplomas related to gastronomy, food sciences and/or health, which allows you to obtain a master's degree in continuing education.Career path: Pastry professionals with demonstrable experience of 2-3 years, in restaurants, gastronomic restaurants, workshops, hotels or Relais and chateaux or diplomas related to haute pastry, obtaining a higher university diploma.
Access requirements and conditions
