- To train as a professional who wishes to strengthen, create and propose new options relating to patisserie.
- To acquire state-of-the-art conceptual and technical tools needed for professional development in a dynamic, international and innovative culinary setting.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

The university path: degrees/bachelor's degrees/diplomas related to gastronomy, food sciences and/or health, which allows you to obtain a master's degree in continuing education.

Career path: Pastry professionals with demonstrable experience of 2-3 years, in restaurants, gastronomic restaurants, workshops, hotels or Relais and chateaux or diplomas related to haute pastry, obtaining a higher university diploma.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
