Objectives

The purpose of this training is to promote global, critical and systematized reflection on educational organization and management, as well as on leadership and communication as key elements for the strategic planning of educational centres.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

10 participants who are members of management teams or area coordinators (head of departments or in charge of an area) of primary and secondary municipal centres in the city of Los Angeles, Biobío Region (south-central Chile).

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
