In a time of accelerated change, organizations need human resources teams capable of leading transformations, driving business culture, attracting and retaining talent, as well as adapting to new digital tools and strategic approaches. This course combines practical and updated content, based on the reality of the Catalan business network, with a critical and innovative look at the role of human resources in the current context.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

- People with previous experience in the area of human resources, whether in selection, training, development, personnel administration or general management.
- People with a technical or responsible role within a human resources department, in companies of any size or sector.
- People interested in adapting to new labour market trends: digitalization, hybrid work, workplace well-being, company culture, etc.

Recommended access requirements:
- Previous professional experience in the field of human resources.
- Basic digital skills to access materials, collaborative tools and possible virtual platforms.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
