Objectives

- Critically analyse the evolution and recent transformations in traditional and public diplomacy, in the context of contemporary international relations and current global challenges.
- Acquire conceptual and practical tools to understand foreign action from different levels and actors (governments, universities, civil society), with the aim of improving employability in the field of foreign affairs.

- Personnel involved in institutional internationalization projects, city diplomacy or city networks.

- Management staff for coordinating globalization, development and decentralized cooperation projects.
- Members of NGOs working in the multilateral field or in international programmes.
- Staff from international organizations and regional networks.
- Professionals linked to the European Union, United Nations, Union for the Mediterranean or multilateral networks.
- Technical staff from organizations such as ORU-Fogar, CGLU or RELEX.
- Specialists in international public policy consulting and analysis.
